Wichita Transit will celebrate the final day of the Farm and Art Market in Old Town with free shuttle service. The Transit Department will provide free shuttle rides from 9:00 am to noon Saturday, October 18th. The public can board the shuttle at the downtown Transit Center, 214 S. Topeka. The free shuttle will run approximately every 15 minutes between the Farm & Art Market and the Transit Center. 

“We’re excited to be able to offer this shuttle service,” Interim Transit Services Director Mike Vinson said. “This is a great opportunity for people to take the bus to the Transit Center and then catch a free ride to the final day of the Farm & Art Market. We hope everyone will visit other businesses in the Old Town area as well.” 

Entercom radio celebrities will broadcast live from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm while riding the bus on Friday October 17th.  During the ride they will give away four tickets to the Power 93.9 Holiday Jam Concert which will be held on Saturday, November 15.  Riders who are on the bus will be eligible to register for the concert ticket giveaway.
