City Council Special Meeting Date: December 18, 2008 Contact: Communications Team : (316) 268-4351   The Wichita City Council has scheduled a 1 p.m. special meeting today for the purpose of calling an executive session. Journalists are encouraged to attend the special meeting, which will be held in the City Council Chamber at City Hall, 455 N. Main.
