Nationally known comedian will be at Century II Dec. 15, 16 High ticket demand has prompted Comedian Ron White to add a second performance at Century II in December when his “Behavioral Problems Tour” comes to Wichita. The additional show is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 15 in Concert Hall. Tickets are $40.75 and go on sale beginning at 10 a.m. Friday, Nov. 13. Ron White is best known as the cigar-smoking, scotch-drinking funnyman from the “Blue Collar Comedy Tour,” which also featured Jeff Foxworthy, Larry the Cable Guy and Bill Engvall. It was announced in October that White would be performing at Century II on Dec. 16 in the 2,200-seat Concert Hall. Only a handful of seats still remain for that performance. “We were thrilled to get the call for the second performance and are glad that more people will be able to enjoy this well-known comedian.” said John D’Angelo, Manager of the Division of Arts & Cultural Services for the City of Wichita. Tickets to either the Dec. 15 or 16 shows can be purchased at the WichitaTIX Box Office at Century II, online at www.wichitaTIX.com or by phone at (316) 219-4849. Patrons who have already purchased Dec. 16 tickets cannot exchange them for the performance on Dec. 15. White has had two Grammy nominations, a Gold Record, two of the top-rated one-hour specials in the Comedy Central cable TV network’s history, a book that appeared on the New York Times Best Seller List, and CD and DVD sales of more than 10 million units. His performances are recommended for mature audiences only. His last performance at Century II Concert Hall was in July 2006. Back to Top
