During the nine days of Riverfest, May 9 to May 17, the Keeper of the Plains “Ring of Fire” will have a revised schedule.
The firepots will burn for 15 minutes at 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday.
Burn times are weather permitting and affected by river levels. The “Ring of Fire” will not be turned on in high winds, rain or other inclement weather. The firepots also cannot be ignited if anyone is too close.
