Come and enroll your youth in school on this day and receive some free medical assistance. Sports physicals and immunizations will be available. Please bring immunization cards with your student. You can also enroll in the Health Wave insurance program, receive dental information, sign up for Ident-a-Kid, and much more.
The health fair is open to all students and parents.
