ATTENTION: Effective April 1, 2021 Wichita Park & Recreation will not offer rentals for open shelters, gazebos, open spaces, stages, picnic tables and fence setup. Due to the overwhelming demand for rentals and the turnaround needed by Park staff, we are unable to offer this service at this time. All rentals made before Thursday, March 25 will be honored. The spaces listed will be available to the public on a first come, first serve basis. This does not include open shelter rentals at OJ Watson Park or community facility rentals. Bleacher Agreement Bleacher Application

Wichita Park and Recreation has acquired a set of portable bleachers which are available to rent. This seating can be used for all types of sporting events as well as other spectator activities.

35' L x 10' 6" H x 8' 7" W (double the width when set up and extended)

Rental Fee

The rental price includes setup and teardown by Park & Recreation staff.

$250 security deposit and $300/day
$250 additional daily fee if used outside Wichita Corporate City limits (maximum of 15 miles)

All parks are closed between 12 midnight and 6:00 am unless otherwise posted.
City Ordinance
Unless otherwise posted, or as provided for in this chapter, the use of all park property and recreation facilities is prohibited, without a permit, from the hours of midnight to 6:00 a.m.
