ATTENTION: Effective April 1, 2021 Wichita Park & Recreation will not offer rentals for open shelters, gazebos, open spaces, stages, picnic tables and fence setup. Due to the overwhelming demand for rentals and the turnaround needed by Park staff, we are unable to offer this service at this time. All rentals made before Thursday, March 25 will be honored. The spaces listed will be available to the public on a first come, first serve basis. This does not include open shelter rentals at OJ Watson Park or community facility rentals. Wichita Park and Recreation has acquired 2 portable stages which are available to rent.

Dimensions

32' W x 14' 5" D (can be extended to 22' 5")

Stage is 4' off the ground and backdrop is 14' 4" high.

Stairways with handrails on each side of stage.

Electrical source is required.

Rental Fee

The rental price includes setup and teardown by Park & Recreation staff.

$300 security deposit and $875/day
$1125/day if used outside Wichita city limits (maximum 15 miles)
$500 additional day rate (when applicable)

All parks are closed between 12 midnight and 6:00 am unless otherwise posted.
City Ordinance
Unless otherwise posted, or as provided for in this chapter, the use of all park property and recreation facilities is prohibited, without a permit, from the hours of midnight to 6:00 a.m.
