The Derby Mulvane Joint Area Plan is a guide for the area located between the City of Derby and City of Mulvane, bounded by the Derby City limits and 87th Street to the north; 127th Street to the east; a half mile south of 103rd Street and the Mulvane City limits; and the Arkansas River to the west. The plan helps to coordinate area stakeholders helping to ensure that residents of the area will have a high quality of life and access to efficient services. In order to achieve this, the plan presents a recommended vision of the area by the year 2030 and the actions necessary to achieve the vision.
