Thank you for visiting the City of Wichita website and reviewing our refund policy. Each City Department may have unique refund policies. Each will be listed here as they relate to online transactions ONLY.

Effective January 21, 2014, the $1 Convenience Fee assessed to any and all online or IVR payment transactions is non-refundable.

City of Wichita Municipal Court

For online credit card transactions there is a NO REFUND policy. If you believe you have overpaid or made an error in payment, please contact the Municipal Court by calling (316) 268-4611 between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm.
