Due to inclement weather, the Wichita Police Department has implemented the Emergency Accident Reporting Plan, effective immediately. Drivers involved in a non-injury collision may utilize the Wichita Police Department’s Motor Vehicle Accident reporting form if: No one was injured The collision was not a hit-and-run accident No alcohol or drugs were involved Both vehicles are drivable If the collision meets these criteria, drivers may pick up an accident reporting form at their nearest police substation or QuikTrip, then fill out and return it to the nearest Wichita Police substation within twenty-four hours.
