If you have stored your account or payment information with your myWichita account, you will need to
Sign In to access that information.
To view your account information or pay your bill you will need to provide a valid account number.
This number can be located on a printed copy of your water bill. If you would like to store your account information
you will first need to create a myWichita account.
Storing your account information with us is not required, but you may find it more convenient than re-entering your account
number each time you visit this site.

Sign up for e-billing and view your bill
statement online. This is a new service option offered through our billing vendor High Cotton. You will need to set up
a separate log-in to view your statements. You MUST choose to stop
receiving paper statements in order to view your statements online in PDF format.
To enroll in our new paperless e-billing program, please be advised that
you must have your enrollment token which will be printed on your
billing statement. Tokens will begin being printed on bills July 20,
2010. If your recent bill does NOT have a token number on it, you must
wait until you receive your next statement before enrolling in the
program.
What is an Enrollment Token?
The enrollment token is an unique random letter combination that will be
printed on the statement just above the payment stub.

Option 1: Sign up for paperless e-billing.
- You MUST choose to stop receiving paper statements in order to view your statements online.
- You will need your Account Number and Enrollment Token from your billing
statement located just above the payment stub.
- Sign up to view your bill in PDF format.

- Receive an e-mail notification when your statement is available for view.
- The e-mail will contain a link to the bill presentment site.
- The bill presentment site has a payment link that brings you back to the City of Wichita's site for payment.
- If you have multiple accounts, you will need to set up each account for paperless billing.
Option 2: Sign up for the E-Z Pay Plan.
