Capital Improvement Program

Wichita Park and Recreation has completed $30 million dollars of park capital improvement projects throughout the City of Wichita in the last decade. Park infrastructure replacement needs are ongoing as we continue to work on various renovations and new construction projects each year per the City's Capital Improvement Program (CIP).

The Adopted CIP takes the overall spending priorities and guidelines from the Community Investments Plan and funds projects aligned with the City's mission. View the CIP budget (PDF).
