The Division of Arts & Cultural Services manages the City's public art collection, integrating artwork in Wichita's community spaces. The Division stewards the 2% of Capital Improvement Program (CIP) project funds in order to ensure appropriate funding, selection, creation, conservation and maintenance of public art.

The City Manager’s office formally requested an audit on June 11, 2023. It began on June 20, 2023. This was done to ensure that safety policies enacted at Cowtown were being implemented and followed.

Our goal is to connect creatives throughout our community and spark conversations and collaboration. Each month, the ARTS MIXR takes place at different arts and cultural facilities in our community.
