Art Camp
CityArts Art Camps are great for children 6-15 who enjoy art and want to explore new mediums! Each day the students will work with a variety of art methods like drawing, painting, sculpture, clay, photography, printmaking and more. Wear clothes that you wouldn’t mind getting messy, snacks, lunch, a reusable water bottle and be ready to make new friends while learning about the arts. Camp runs from 9:00-4:00 with early drop-off beginning at 8:00 a.m. and late-pick up until 5:30 p.m.
CityArts is a licensed childcare facility as a School Age Program through the Kansas Department of Health and Environment to give families access to high quality, affordable childcare. Our mission is to empower youth to gain life skills through the arts to encourage positive risk-taking, promote leadership development, and build character pathways through an art camp experience. It is the policy of the City of Wichita that all individuals have the right to participate in employment, programs, and activities operated by the City of Wichita regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, religion, disability, age or any other protected status.
