Because some advisory boards and commissions are joint city/county endeavors, complaints about county appointees should be directed to the County Manager's Office (call 316-660-9393 or email Thomas.stolz@sedgwick.gov). If a complaint is received by the City of Wichita about a board or commission member who is appointed by Sedgwick County, the City will notify the County Manager's Office and inform the complainant that the City's Code of Ethics has no jurisdiction.
