Routes provide easy access to the City's retail and employment corridors as well as the Downtown.

Q-line

In addition to traditional bus routes, the City offers the free Q-line. This route offers free rides within the City's Downtown, along Douglas Avenue during lunch and weeknights. The weekends open up the route to the heart of Wichita's College Hill neighborhood to provide free and safe travel to Wichita's restaurants and night life along and within walking distance of Douglas. Cycling and Scooters

Wichita is a bike friendly town, whether that's alone or with public transit. The city has over 100 miles of lanes for biking, and more under construction. There are shared road lanes, regular and buffered bike lanes, as well as multi-use trails. Ride all the way into downtown or combine your ride with Wichita's bike friendly buses. If you're in for a recreational ride, you can choose from many of the routes that take you around the City, along the Arkansas River or even jump on the Red Bud or Prairie Sunset Trails for a longer trek.
