If we requested funding for staff positions, are they funded through 2026?

The period of performance for this grant application is July 1, 2023.  All funds must be expended by this date.  This is to allow the City adequate time to grant unspent funds to other entities and get that funding expended or encumbered by December 31, 2024, with all funds spent by December 31, 2026, in accordance with the ARPA Interim Final Rule.

1. Since the funds are reimbursable, our nonprofit organization is concerned about the risk. Is there any way to reduce the risk?

16. Can premium pay be paid to part-time workers? Can we include part-time employees and pro-rate their pay accordingly?
