If you reside in the city limits of Wichita, the local city ordinance requires all home businesses to obtain a Home Occupation License. Contact Metro Area Building and Construction at 316-268-4479 to obtain the Home Occupation License. For those residing outside of Wichita limits, check with your local city hall to determine your local ordinances related to a Home Occupation License.
