When I go to register my child it says that they are too old even though they are the correct age/grade. Why is this happening?

You may be trying to register yourself instead of your child.

  • Go back into your account by clicking the "hamburger" button (3 stacked lines at top of screen)
  • Select "household and member" to make sure you have the participant added to your account
  • If not - add them here by scrolling down and clicking "additional family member" and adding their information

You may have forgotten to enter/update the participant's grade. Our system does not automatically update participant's grade level, so you will have to update that.

  • Go back into your account by clicking the "hamburger" button (3 stacked lines at top of screen)
  • Select "household and member" and scroll down to find the participants information.
  • Find grade box and update to correct grade level
