What will happen if I do not pay the false alarm fees?

Police and Fire Department response to private alarm activations in the City of Wichita is a privilege. Failure to pay the alarm fines within 60 and 90 days will result in a late fee of $10 for each invoice. Your location may also have a response to your alarm system suspended until all reinstatement requirements have been met. The balance may also be turned over to collections.
