Anyone can submit a protest petition. However, in order to be considered "valid," the following items must be met:

  • The protest petition must be signed by all property owners on record.
  • The property protesting the planning case must be wholly or partially inside the protest area.
  • The protest must be submitted within the 14-day protest period.
