We highly recommend communication by email or telephone. Only people with appointments will be seen by Housing staff. Here is a link to the
contact information for the Housing & Community Services staff.If you have documents to submit they can be emailed to
WHA@wichita.gov or directly to your Housing Specialist.
In addition, they can be dropped off on the first floor of City Hall but you will be required to be screened through security, adhere to social distancing requirements, and wear a protective face mask.
There is now a dropbox located near the west City Hall entrance if you do not wish to go through the security screening process.
