Drug Deferred

If you have been charged with a crime involving possession of a controlled substance/drug paraphernalia, you may be eligible to participate in this program ONLY IF:

  • You have NEVER participated in a Diversion or Deferred Judgment Program for a similar offense.
  • You MUST apply for Deferred Judgment within seven (7) days from your initial appearance for a crime involving a drug offense, and pay the $25.00 non-refundable application fee. Please make check payable to Municipal Court Clerk.​

Application forms and detailed information sheets are available in the Municipal Court Clerk's Office or you may download and print the information sheet and application form here.​
