Any case charged in the City of Wichita Municipal Court that has a possible sentence including jail but does not fall under the category of Domestic Violence, DUI, Environmental, or Traffic.

Any Non-Domestic Violence related Battery, Sexual Assault, Criminal Trespass, Financial crimes such as Identity Theft, Petit Theft, False Impersonation at a Pawn Broker, and Unlawful Use of a Financial Card.

SANE stands for Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner. A SANE is a specially trained nurse who provides comprehensive care to victims of sexual assault. SART stands for Sexual Assault Response Team. SART is a team of community based representatives such as health care providers, victim advocates, law enforcement agencies, and prosecutor’s offices that assist victims of sexual assault in their community. A SART can coordinate to ensure that victims of sexual assault receive appropriate services and referrals that promote the safety and dignity of victims.
