Any person who distributes signs, bills, posters, lithographs, maps, plots, samples, pamphlets, booklets or other advertising devices of any kind whatsoever primarily distributed for advertising purposes in the City.

Advertising - Vehicular

Any person engaged in advertising by radio, public address system, loud speaker or other sound-producing device, sign, banner, poster, person or any advertising device placed on any automobile, truck, wagon, or other vehicle which shall be operated upon the streets of the city.
