In observance of Presidents Day, City of Wichita facilities will be closed Monday, Feb. 15. This includes City Hall, Wichita Public Library branches, Neighborhood City Halls, Park and Recreation Centers, CityArts, Mid-America All-Indian Center, Century II, Cowtown, the Wichita Art Museum and Botanica.
Municipal golf courses will be open. The Animal Shelter will be open holiday hours from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Transit will run the Saturday schedule on Monday, Feb. 15. The administrative offices will be closed but the information booth will be open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. with full service. That includes selling bus passes, making change, providing route information, lost and found and processing half-fare applications.
