In observance of Memorial Day, City of Wichita facilities will be closed Monday, May 31. This includes City Hall, Park and Recreation Centers, the Wichita Ice Center, the Great Plains Nature Center and the Wichita Art Museum.
Transit offices will be closed and there will be no bus service on Monday, May 31. Wichita Transit will resume normal business operations on Tuesday, June 1.
CityArts will be closed Saturday, May 29 through Monday, May 31.
The Old Cowtown Museum will be closed Monday, May 31 and Tuesday, June 1.
The Mid-America All Indian Center will be closed Sunday, May 30 through Tuesday, June 1.
Century II will close at 5 p.m. Friday, May 28 and will reopen Tuesday, June 1.
Wichita Public Library locations will be closed Sunday, May 30 and Monday, May 31.
Neighborhood City Halls will close at 5 p.m. on Friday, May 28 through Monday, May 31.
Botanica will be open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Lunch may be purchased from Friends of Botanica beginning at 11:30 a.m. The Wichita Community Concert Band will play marching music from 2 to 2:45 p.m. and free ice cream will be served during the concert.
The Animal Shelter will be open holiday hours from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
The Ralph Wulz Riverside Tennis Center will be open 8 a.m. until 9 p.m.
Municipal golf courses will be open.
