Access to Delano businesses east of Seneca will be maintained.
Eastbound through traffic on Douglas will be detoured at Seneca beginning Monday, during repairs to a water main and pavement at Handley and Douglas.
The detour will take eastbound through traffic to Seneca, Maple, Sycamore and back to Douglas east of the repair site. Access to businesses on Douglas between Seneca and Handley will be maintained.
Repairs are expected to take approximately 30 days.
The water main ruptured last winter and temporary repairs were made until weather conditions allowed for permanent repairs.
