Background
The Memorial will incorporate a steel I-beam artifact from the World Trade Center, which was recently transferred to TSA at ICT by the United States District Court Southern District of New York. The artifact will be integrated into an original artwork to be unveiled for the 10th anniversary of 9/11 in Sept.
