Media are encouraged to attend an education forum for airport contractors scheduled from 5:30 to 8 p.m. on Thursday at the Airport Hilton, 2098 S. Airport Road.
The education forum is designed for prime contractors, emerging and disadvantaged business enterprises, minority-owned business and women-owned business, seeking work on the upcoming new airport terminal project.
A formal presentation on the new terminal and other construction projects at the airport will begin at 6 p.m. Representatives from the Mid-America Minority Business Development Council, AECOM, the City of Wichita, and the Wichita Airport Authority, will answer questions. Refreshments will also be served.
