Wichita Mayor Carl Brewer and other community leaders will participate in a ribbon-cutting at 10 am tomorrow for the Grotto Rain Garden. It’s located on the River Bike Path behind the Westar Energy Building, 777 W. Central. The newly-installed rain garden is designed to naturally filter storm water runoff before it reaches the Arkansas River.
