The exit from westbound Kellogg to Seneca and the north frontage road between Seneca and Sycamore will close from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. on Friday, following the morning rush hour.
The closures are needed to allow the delivery and installation of an 82-foot long, 55,000 pound concrete girder for the Kellogg bridge over Seneca.
Seneca has been closed this week for bridge repairs stemming from damage done on Nov. 16 when a trash truck struck it. Seneca will remain closed through Wednesday and will be open for commuters on Thursday morning.
Seneca will be closed for one additional day, after the concrete bridge deck has cured. That date will be determined later.
