The Evergreen Branch Library will close at 5 p.m. today so that Westar can make repairs to electrical lines damaged by downed trees from Saturday’s tornado.
Westar will shut off all power to the library building for at least 4 hours. The library is expected to open at 10 a.m. on Tuesday.
