Water usage and conservation will be discussed during an upcoming Tuesday Topics program scheduled for 11:30 a.m. on March 26 in the auditorium of the Central Library, 223 S. Main.
The League of Women Voters – Wichita Metro and the Wichita Public Library is hosting the public meeting, which will begin with a brown bag lunch.
The program presentation will begin at noon. Discussion will include information about Wichita’s water supply and options during times of drought. Panelists will include Cheryl Busada, Business Operations Manager for the City of Wichita Public Works & Utilities Department; and Lisa French, Project Coordinator of the Cheney Lake Watershed. The program is free.
