Parking Mobility, a non-profit organization based in Austin, Texas, has developed an iPhone application where users can report cars parked in disabled parking by downloading Parking Mobility for free. When users see a car parked illegally, they can capture four photos of the car and submit it instantly from their phone. The application also enables residents to identify disabled parking locations which can be shared with other users through their phone and the internet.
The WSCAAB is an independent board that works to enhance the community through the contributions of individuals with disabilities and to enable individuals with disabilities to achieve maximum personal independence. As part of these goals, the WSCAAB is tasked with improving accessible parking through design and enforcement.
