The City of Wichita is encouraging citizens to attend an upcoming open house to view proposed development projects for the Topeka Street Firehouse located downtown at 500 S. Topeka.
The open is house is scheduled from 5 – 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 26, at Downtown Wichita, 505 E. Douglas.
An evaluation committee selected two development groups that best fulfilled requirements listed in a Request for Proposals (RFP); the two groups – Vantage Point Properties, Inc. and Commerce Street Development Partners, LLC - will present their proposed developments for the fire station.
Residents are encouraged to provide comments on a comment card.
The proposals are available online (www.wichita.gov/RFQ) for citizens who are unable to attend the open house.
