Residents can tour the Ralph Wulz Riverside Tennis Center, enjoy a host of activities and learn about new programs from 1 to 5 p.m. on Sunday.
During an event called "Party at the Net," media and the public are invited to tour the tennis center located at 551 N. Nims. Attendees can meet the new staff, learn about new programs and enjoy free food.
There will also be opportunities to participate in various activities including speed serving, Fit Tennis, Pickleball and more. Attendees can listen to music while youth play in the bounce house and are entertained by Barry the Bison and the Recreation Station. Various vendors will be on site for demonstrations.
"We are excited to host this event and open up the facility for a preview of upcoming summer programming," Sara Rasmussen, the Tennis Center Director, said. "We are looking forward to enjoying an afternoon with tennis enthusiasts who already play at Riverside, as well as meeting those who have never been here before and showing them what we have to offer."
