- Multi-Agency Center Development Agreement - passed 6/1 abstention
- Zone Change Request in the City from SF-5 Single-Family Residential District to LI Limited Industrial District for Vehicle Storage and Warehousing; Generally Located on the North Side of East 55th Street South Within One-Half-Mile West of South Hydraulic Avenue (1306 East 55th Street South) - passed 6/1

The 2024-2025 Proposed Budget totals $714,688,882. The CIP focuses on street maintenance and public safety, both of which are consistently rated as priories by residents. Highlights include:
- funding for enhancements to police body cameras
- EMT certification for all Fire recruits
- $53 million for upkeep of City facilities
- $145 million for street maintenance over the next 10 years
- $35 million to pave dirt streets
- Extending Library hours at Angelou and Walters
- Cultural facility improvements at Cowtown, the Mid-American All Indian Museum, CityArts and Century II
- Property tax relief for seniors
