Utilities Customer Care will begin maintenance on Monday, July 24th and service options will be limited. Customers wishing to make a payment on their account should do so through the mail or in person option.
Please note during the maintenance period July 24th through July 30th, customers will not experience penalties or service interruption. We apologize for any inconvenience this creates. We expect to return to full service on Monday, July 31st.

Public Works & Utilities does not recommend use of non-authorized collection stations. Payments made at non-authorized collection stations will not be considered received until the payment has been posted to your account.
Payments can be made at the City Hall Express Office located on the 1st floor of City Hall, 455 N Main St. This is the only
authorized in person pay location.
Payments made at any location other than City Hall Express may take up to 5 business days to post to your account.
Your payment is not received until it has posted to your account.
