​Rules

Admission

  • All patrons entering the facility are required to wear appropriate swimwear in the water and pay an admission fee.
  • Children 7 years and younger must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at least 16 years or older. Parents must be in the water with the child and within arms-reach of the child at all times.
  • No person may use the pool unless it is officially open and the lifeguards are on duty.
  • Clean white t-shirts are allowed when worn over swimming apparel. Health Code prohibits cut-off shorts, boxers, basketball shorts, undergarments or street clothes in the water. A swimsuit must be worn. Dri-fit shirts are allowed.
  • Admission to the pool may be denied for the following reasons. Intoxication; having open sores or any contagious infections such as poison ivy, athlete’s foot, ringworm, etc.; or any condition which would jeopardize the health and safety of the general public.
  • All persons, before entering the swimming pool, must take a cleansing shower.
  • Infants are required to wear properly fitted swim diapers in the pool. Regular diapers are not allowed.
  • Personal floatation devices that are COAST GUARD APPROVED are allowed. Any other floatation device will not be allowed. (i.e. noodles, life vests, air mattresses, water wings, etc).
  • Abusive or profane language or disruptive behavior will not be permitted. Patrons will be expelled.

Pool

  • Diving from pool decks, running, rough play, dunking, riding on shoulders and personal conduct endangering safety to self and others is prohibited.
  • Persons unable to demonstrate their ability to swim are not permitted in deep water.
  • Spitting and spouting of water through the mouth or nose is not permitted in the pool.
  • Pets are not allowed inside the pool fence.
  • There will be only one person at a time on a diving board or slide. Persons waiting to use the board or slide must wait on the deck, not on the ladder.
  • Only one bounce is allowed on the diving board. NO INWARD DIVING!
  • Glass containers of any kind are not permitted in the facility.
  • Smoking/Vaping is not allowed at the pool. All smoking/vaping must be kept 25-feet from the pool perimeter.
  • Food and Drink are only allowed in the concession area.
  • Areas of the pool may be closed at the discretion of the management. (i.e. climbing wall, slides, boards)
  • The pool may close due to inclement weather, low attendance or water quality.
  • Persons wishing to take pictures or video must first obtain permission from the manager or head guard.
Pool Staff are not able to give refunds. The manager or head guard may also enforce other non-written rules deemed necessary. Revised 6/5/2021
