2801 N. Grove, 67219 | 125.85 acres
The initial 19.98 acres for this park were acquired in 1971 with funding by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development under the "Parks-in-Cities" program.
An additional 105.87 acres were acquired in 1992 with Community Development Block Grant and Capital Improvement Program funds.
The road through the park was extended to Hillside in 2005.
In 2006 .22 miles of walking path connecting to the bike path were added.
In 2011 the park was renamed after the late Dr. Glen Dey, a former Park Board member and an active supporter of development of the park.
Part of the K-96 bicycle path runs through the park.
