Bleacher Agreement Bleacher Application

Portable Bleacher​

Wichita Park and Recreation has acquired a set of portable bleachers which are available to rent. This seating can be used for all types of sporting events as well as other spectator activities.

Dimensions

35' L x 10' 6" H x 8' 7" W (double the width when set up and extended)

Seats 180

Rental Fee

The rental price includes setup and teardown by Park & Recreation staff.

  • $250 security deposit and $300/day
  • $250 additional daily fee if used outside Wichita Corporate City limits (maximum of 15 miles)

Portable Stage​

Wichita Park and Recreation has acquired 2 portable stages which are available to rent.

Dimensions

32' W x 14' 5" D (can be extended to 22' 5")

Stage is 4' off the ground and backdrop is 14' 4" high.

Stairways with handrails on each side of stage.

Electrical source is required.

Rental Fee

The rental price includes setup and teardown by Park & Recreation staff.

  • $300 security deposit and $875/day
  • $1125/day if used outside Wichita city limits (maximum 15 miles)
  • $500 additional day rate (when applicable)

    Park Hours

    All parks are closed between 12 midnight and 6:00 am unless otherwise posted.

    City Ordinance
    Unless otherwise posted, or as provided for in this chapter, the use of all park property and recreation facilities is prohibited, without a permit, from the hours of midnight to 6:00 a.m.
