Private Property Tows
Private property owners may call a tow company to have a vehicle towed if the lot is properly marked in accordance with 11.52.020 (27). The property owner does not pay for the tow. Instead, it is paid by the owner of the vehicle when they pick up the vehicle from impound. The City of Wichita is not a party to private tows.
