Handicapped Parking

FREE parking for vehicles with handicap tags or permits (three designated spaces) are available in the metered lot south of City Hall.

There are six designated spaces for handicapped tags/permits in the booth-controlled parking lot; however, vehicles with handicap tags/permits entering/exiting through the parking booths will be charged the same fees as non-tag/non-permit vehicles.

The City Hall public parking lot has transitioned to unmanned, automated booths. When you approach the automated entry gate, you will push a button and receive a ticket. The ticket will have a barcode on it. When you’re ready to leave, you’ll scan the barcode on the ticket at either the station outside the entry/exit doors or at the exit booths. If you pay at the “Pay on Foot” station, you’ll have 15 minutes to get to your car and exit the lot. If you receive a parking validation from City staff, the validation sticker will have a QR code to scan to exit the lot. If you would like to pay with cash, you must visit the Pay on Foot kiosk near the south entrance of City Hall. The kiosks at the exit gates only accept credit/debit cards.
