Women of WPD

The Wichita Police Department is always evolving to mirror the community that we protect and serve. We are a diverse police department and continue to strive to be even more diverse.

If you are a female and have thought about possibly becoming a police officer, we hope you take the time to read the bios of the females highlighted on this website. We have females that are in positions from the rank of Officer all the way up to Deputy Chief. We hope this inspires you to realize you could be in a position on this department just like these women someday.

Now is the time to apply with the Wichita Police Department, and maybe someday you can be highlighted on Women of WPD.
