Generally, this is included in the families' cost from the mortuary they have handling the funeral. An internment order from City Licensing is required to open and close a grave space - also handled by the mortuary.

No, the records received by the companies who previously operated the cemeteries were not complete with ownership records. Because of this, the City will not sell any lots.
The City will allow temporary flowers to be placed on the grave one week before Memorial Day. These must be removed within two weeks after Memorial Day or the City will remove and dispose of them. All permanent vases on graves or gravestone/monuments may remain year-round.
